Radiohead - I Might be Wrong: Live Recordings (2001)

Published by libertarianvegan at 9:20 am under 2001 Edit This

RH i might be wrong

In 2004 I began a letter writing correspondence with a girl I had met the previous year while working at Walt Disney World.  She had a great command of language and the ability to fill one short letter with just enough beautiful thoughts and words to keep my mind busy until the next letter came.

Over spring break I had purchased “I Might be Wrong,” mostly for the song True Love Waits, which had never been released on cd before, and is my favorite Radiohead song of all time.  Returning to school I believe I found her next letter waiting for me.

I put on this album and opened the letter.  Somewhat into it she mentioned that she just got a cd of live Radiohead, which had what was probably her favorite song, which I’m sure you can guess by this point.  It was one of those occurrences that is a little odd and wholly wonderful.

“I’m not living…I’m just killing time…”

Please share your personal stories connected to this record.  Music is so much more than what one can hear on a record.

My girlfriend gave me this album for Christmas two years ago. An amazing album makes an amazing gift. We finally got to experience Radiohead live this summer on the in rainbows tour which was even better.
